1Nanometer-Level Surface Finishing

Equipped with advanced surface finishing capabilities, we can achieve an ultra-smooth surface roughness of Ra 100nm (nanometer-level). This effectively reduces liquid adhesion and pharmaceutical residue inside droppers and microfluidic channels, ensuring precise dosing performance in medical devices.

2Complex Micro Geometry Molding

Designed for complex geometries such as micro gears, brackets, and ultra-small aperture structures, our process ensures exceptional dimensional control and repeatability for mass production. Minimum wall thickness can reach as thin as 0.05mm.
